TheIndonesia.id - Indonesia's President Joko Widodo has announced a cabinet reshuffle that saw the appointment of two new ministers and three new deputy ministers.

In announcement on Wednesday, June 15, President Widodo appointed chairman of the National Mandate Party (PAN) Zulkifli Hasan as the new Minister of Trade to replace Muhammad Lutfi.

Meanwhile, Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/ Head of the National Land Agency Sofyan Djalil is replaced by former Commander of the Indonesia Military Hadi Tjahjanto.

Three new deputy ministers were also named by the state leader.

The first one is Papuan politician Wempi Wetipo who is trusted with the role of Deputy Minister of Home Affairs. He was previously Deputy Minister of Public Works and Housing.

Politician Afriansyah Noor is installed as Deputy Minister of Manpower, a position that was previously vacant.

Lastly, politician from the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) Raja Juli Antoni has been named as the new Deputy Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning.
