Here's how to factory reset and delete all data on your iPhone 

  1. Click settings, then select general or general.
  2. Look for the “Reset” section.
  3. Select the required reset. For factory reset, you can select Erase All Content and Settings. If your iPhone uses a password, you will be asked to enter it and confirm the deletion of these data.
  4. Wait for the process to finish.
  5. After that, you will be asked to enter the Apple ID password.
  6. It is done! Your account and "Find My iPhone" is deleted from the device.
  7. Now your iPhone can be like new again.
